The practical reason a GTA homeowner calls an independent rather than a large local firm is scheduling and access. Big roofing companies in the GTA book out, and once you are booked you are dealing with a coordinator rather than the person doing the roof. Here you are dealing with the roofer from the first phone call to the final walk around the property.

Genuinely available. A good share of the jobs pictured on this site are GTA properties. Call with an address and Viktor will tell you what the scheduling looks like.
Is it more expensive because you are travelling?
Ask when you call. Viktor quotes the job in front of him rather than applying a blanket surcharge by postal code.
